What is 'Whole Person' Executive Coaching?

Executive coaching is about investing in your effectiveness and fulfilment as a a leader, whilst maintaining a healthy work-life balance. I subscribe fully to the idea that whilst your work and home lives are (have to be) separate, they are intrinsically linked when it comes to your motivation, productivity and happiness.

I am not a consultant. And I won't offer specific business advice or go anywhere near your business strategy. As a coach, I offer support to help you make those important decisions, build & maintain better relationships, improve your communication and manage your time & stress levels. Inevitably, stuff from your personal life will be impacting your professional life. And this will unavoidably be part of what we work on together.


I am heavily invested in the importance of coaching you as a whole-person. I believe fully that your work-life inevitably impacts your home-life. If you are enjoying life away from work, you can show up as a 'better you' when you're there. And if you are managing things at work well, you are able to be more present when you're at home.
